By accessing or using the BLAZE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Wallet

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible Solana blockchain wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any associated private keys. BLAZE does not custody your funds and cannot recover lost wallet access.

4. Gaming Rules

All games on the platform are provably fair and operate according to their respective rules as described on the platform. Game results are determined by cryptographic algorithms and are verifiable on the Solana blockchain. The house edge varies by game and is clearly disclosed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. BLAZE does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but standard Solana network fees apply.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service if you are under the legal gambling age
• Using the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Service
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Colluding with other players

7. $BLAZE Token

The $BLAZE token is a utility token that provides platform benefits. It is not an investment and does not represent any ownership stake. Token value may fluctuate and is subject to market conditions. BLAZE makes no guarantees regarding token value or returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BLAZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Changes to Terms
